1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By registering for and participating in the Creator Income Live 5-Day Mentorship (hereinafter referred to as the "Mentorship"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Text Message Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from participating in the Mentorship and must not submit your information.
2. LICENSE TO ACCESS
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and participate in the Mentorship for your personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized recording, screen capturing, rebroadcasting, or distribution of any Mentorship content is strictly prohibited.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided during the Mentorship, including but not limited to video, audio, slides, worksheets, frameworks, strategies, and proprietary concepts such as the AURA Principle™, The PULSE Formula™, and The C.E.O. VAULT™ System, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and is the sole property of Creator Code, Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Mentorship content without the express prior written consent of Creator Code, Inc.
4. USER CONDUCT
As a participant in the Mentorship, you agree to:
● Engage respectfully and professionally with hosts, guests, and other participants.
● Refrain from any unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior.
● Not share your unique login credentials or access links with any other person.
● Refrain from marketing, soliciting, or promoting any external products or services to
other participants during or in relation to the Mentorship.
5. AUTOMATED CONTACT AND MARKETING CONSENT
By providing your phone number and/or email address upon registration, you expressly consent to be contacted by Creator Code, Inc., its affiliates, and authorized vendors via:
● Email communications.
● SMS or text messages.
● Ringless voicemails.
● Pre-recorded voice messages.
● Artificial intelligence agents or autodialing systems.
These messages may be for informational, marketing, or promotional purposes, including updates, reminders, and special offers related to the Mentorship and future programs. You acknowledge that you may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message or by contacting our support team. Standard message and data rates may apply. Your consent to this clause is not a condition of any purchase. You also agree to our full Text Message Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
All data submitted during registration and participation is governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree that Creator Code, Inc. may share your submitted personal data, including name, contact information, and engagement data, with our affiliated companies, marketing partners, guest speakers, service providers, and other authorized third parties for purposes including, but not limited to, business development, promotional campaigns, operational services, and content delivery. All third-party data use will be in accordance with applicable laws and our internal data governance policies. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13. By registering for this Mentorship, you acknowledge and agree to the full terms of our Privacy Policy and Text Message Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Mentorship is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Creator Code, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, guest speakers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, any personal injury, emotional distress, or financial loss resulting from the application of information provided in the Mentorship. By participating, you voluntarily waive and release any and all claims against Creator Code, Inc. related to your experience in the Mentorship.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Creator Code, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees, and contractors from any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Mentorship, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be determined by binding arbitration in Miami,
Florida. The arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You agree to waive your right to participate in any class or collective action against Creator Code, Inc.
10. MODIFICATION
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued participation in the Mentorship after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Mentorship at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
12. ELECTRONIC CONSENT
By clicking any button indicating registration, submission, or agreement (e.g., "REGISTER," "SIGN UP," "SUBMIT"), or by otherwise providing your information to register for the Mentorship, you are providing your legally binding electronic signature and you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This action satisfies any legal requirement that such agreements be in writing, including the Electronic Signatures in Global and National
Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and similar state and federal laws.
13. EARNINGS AND RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Creator Code, Inc. makes no guarantees about any specific results or income you may earn from participating in the Mentorship. All strategies, case studies, and testimonials shared are for educational purposes only and are not indicative of typical results. Your personal outcomes depend on numerous factors, including your background, experience, effort, market conditions, and the manner in which you implement the information provided. All business endeavors involve risk. You should always consult with professional advisors (such as legal, financial, and tax professionals) before making any business or financial decisions.
